Senior Staff - The Senior Staff makes scheduling decisions
in accordance with your overall project schedule. They process all
service requests and authorize any changes necessary during the
course of the project. You can expect accurate and honest scheduling
information.
Estimating
Department - Experienced in plan evaluation for site development,
the estimating department will evaluate your site for potential
grading or drainage problems and provide solutions. If requested,
the estimating department can generate a value engineering study
that will save you money.
Accounting Department - The accounting department manages
the contract documents. They furnish accurate and timely invoices,
certificates of insurance, warranty letters, bonding information,
contract change orders and completion documentation.
Project
Managers - A project manager supervises three to five crews
through interaction with each foreman on a daily basis. His job
is to ensure quality control so that the highest level of customer
satisfaction is maintained.
